2008 ANNUAL CORPORATE MEETING

Notice is hereby tendered to all Life Members that the Omega Life Membership Foundation, Inc. (OLMF) will hold its 2008 Annual Meeting and Luncheon at the Sheraton Birmingham Hotel, Birmingham, AL on Friday, July 11, 2008. Pertinent information pertaining to the Annual Meeting is listed within this notice.

Meeting Schedule:
Wednesday, July 9, 2008 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm Board of Directors Meeting
Thursday, July 10, 2008 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Board of Directors Meeting

Friday, July 11, 2008              9:00 am – 11:00 am Annual Corporate Meeting
                                                   Noon – 2:00 pm   OLMF Memorial Luncheon
                                                   4:00 pm Board of Directors Meeting

Eligibility For Voting:
All members of OLMF present at the Annual Meeting will be certified for voting upon presenting membership credentials with the Secretary or his designee.

Elections:
Two (2) At-Large members to the Board of Directors will be elected at the Annual Corporate Meeting. Incumbent Brother Thomas Wallace, whose term expires is eligible for re-election and Brother Moses C. Norman, whose term expires is not eligible for re-election.

Luncheon Registration:
Members planning to attend the Omega Life Membership Annual Memorial Luncheon must register. The registration fee for this Luncheon is $35.00 per-person, which must be paid by July 2, 2008. This is one of the highlights of the meeting and is highly recommended. Members are encouraged to invite their significant other to the Luncheon. There will be no on-site registration for the Luncheon.
